This discussion series is for emerging or existing Black, Indigenous, Latinx and People of Color (BILPOC) leaders who are facing barriers in generating the change they seek due to structural and systemic racism and inequities within the organizations and communities they are working.
This series offers the opportunity to learn from the experiences of seasoned BILPOC leaders to implement concrete strategies to navigate the internal and external dynamics of being a leader of color, taking up rightful space, addressing politics and going beyond the status quo to generate results while taking care of ourselves. You will also be able to connect with other BILPOC leaders to grow your network and build opportunities.
